Our story

Youth and families are part of the Helping Hands story.

Helping Hands began in 2016 with a simple idea: no one who comes looking for a meal should be turned away. What started with brown bag meals has grown into a weekly mobile pantry, Sunday dinners, a teen program, and a broader safety net for our neighbors. Through the pandemic and beyond, the need has grown — and our community has grown with it.
